Acquainted Talent are proud to be partnering with one of Melbourne’s largest metropolitan public health services, who provide a comprehensive range of high-quality healthcare services to diverse communities. They are seeking an experienced Injury Management professional to join them as a Senior Recovery at Work Business Partner on a permanent and full time basis.
About the role:
As a Senior Recovery at Work Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to all stakeholders across an allocated portfolio. This role will see you responsible for overseeing the Recovery at Work process for work and non-work-related injuries and duties will include:
- Develop and implement recovery at work strategies, plans, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective return to work plans.
- Oversee the recovery at work process from initial incident reporting through rehabilitation and return to work.
- Provide support and advocacy for injured employees.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret injury data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Promote a supportive and inclusive work environment.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Injury Management professional that has experience in end-to-end claim management. You’ll need to have an allied health background (Physio, Osteo, Psychology, Exercise Physio or OT) and have exceptional communication skills.
Healthcare experience is preferred but not essential.
